What is included when booking a sleepover party with us?


MrsTipi will deliver and set up all the items included in your chosen package:  teepees, mattresses with bed linen ,breakfast tables and styling pieces to match your theme.

How long is the set up?

We set up the teepees in the afternoon prior the arrival of your guests, set up will usually take 1-2 hours. We collect all the items at midday the following day and this takes about one hour. If wanted, a late collection can be arranged.

Where can you deliver the teepees?

FREE delivery within 5 miles of El Campanario.
If you live outside this area please send us your address and we will advise you of the delivery cost.

What payment is required?

We require a €50 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The cost of the sleepover package will need to be paid in full at least 7 days before the event. The 50 deposit will be refunded back to you via bank transfer within 48 hours after the event. In the unlikely case that any item is missing, damaged or broken your deposit will be reduced accordingly.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand circumstances can change and we are happy to refund your deposit, however if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of your event, your deposit will be non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that MrsTipi needs to cancel we will refund the total amount  paid but we will not be liable for any compensation. MrsTipi has suitable public liability insurance.

What space is needed for the teepees?

Each teepee with mattress requires a minimum of 70cm wide x 140cm long.
This does not include the space for the breakfast tray, you will need to allow an extra 50cm. However the breakfast table could also go on top of the bed. Please consider moving furniture and clear the space you want to host the party beforehand. If you are not sure about the space you require for your party, please contact us with the size of your available space and we can advise you on the best layout possible.

What is your food policy?

No food or drinks (other than water) are allowed in the sleepover tents. No markers, pens or pencils inside the tents.

What extras can you add to your package?

At MrsTipi we offer a bespoke service, we currently offer our popular spa package, personalised party bags, personalised pillows ,wash bags, breakfast hamper, sweet jars and a midnight feast trolley with a drinks dispenser.



It is the responsibility of the client to always supervise the children and to take duty of care with MrsTipi's equipment. 
MrsTipi accepts no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your event.

In addition MrsTipi is not responsible for any allergic reactions/any medical reactions from using our provided products before, during or after the party. It is the clients responsability to investigate the allergies of the guests attending the event. MrsTipi's decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of hire. Setting up and packing up is the responsibility of MrsTipi's team.
